What we collect

• Assessment answers: yes/no/not-sure responses to the questions, and how you plan to invest. We never ask for or store dollar amounts, account numbers, or documents.
• Contact details you provide: name, email, state, and optionally phone, an investable-assets range, and interests.
• Consent records: the exact text and version you agreed to, the time, your IP address, and browser type.
• Technical data: a salted hash of your IP address, browser type, approximate region, the page you arrived on, referrer, and campaign tags. Our analytics are cookieless.

How we use it

• To show and email your result.
• To contact you about education, events, and investment opportunities from Elevation Capital Group and its affiliates, where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and withdraw phone consent by replying STOP or contacting us.
• To understand how the site is used and to prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share information with Elevation Capital Group's affiliates for the purposes above, and with service providers that host our site and database, deliver email, and screen for bots. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Incomplete assessments without contact details are deleted after 90 days. Completed assessments and consent records are kept while we have a relationship with you and as required by law.

Your choices

Email team@amiaccredited.org to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing. Residents of states with privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
